Level 1 Bouldering 101

New to the world of bouldering? In this 60-minute class, your instructor will teach you the essentials of this form of climbing, including movement technique, how to fall as safely as possible, spotting basics, climber etiquette, and more.


Level 2 - Intro to Rope Climbing

Intro to Rope Climbing teaches you the essentials you need to start top-roping in the gym! You will learn skills such as tying a figure-eight climbing knot, belaying and lowering your climber, and completing partner safety checks. No climbing experience necessary, but you must be 14 or older to take this class.


Level 3 Intro to Technique

Intro to Technique is the next step after our bouldering and belaying classes. Learn about different holds, technique fundamentals, injury prevention strategies, climbing shoe fitting and usage, and more! Belay-certification is recommended but not required.
